Business Classification

Businesses on the Halal Ekosistem platform are divided into three main categories. The classification is based on how closely a business follows halal principles, its control mechanisms, and how close its relationship with the platform is.

Halal Ekosistem's Business Classification

Members

Our Members are businesses that strictly follow halal principles and keep improving in that direction. Their main characteristics are:

Oversight and audit: These businesses go through regular oversight and audit. This process confirms the business's continued compliance with halal standards.

Guarantor system: The platform confirms that these businesses operate in line with halal principles and stands as their guarantor before consumers.

Transparency: All information provided about our Members is fully accurate, current and transparent. These businesses provide all the information Halal Ekosistem asks for, and tell us of any change or different circumstance.

Halal contracts: We provide our Members with contracts that follow halal rules for all business operations (labor, sales and purchase, services, etc.). This lowers the risk level of transactions between our Members and customers and reduces disputes, which in turn strengthens the business's halal status.

Consultation: If our Members have questions about halal or other matters, or any other needs arise, they can contact us and get support. We try to answer our Members' questions promptly and as soon as possible.

Management's intent: The management of our Members wants to meet high halal standards. They consider it a priority, first of all for themselves, that their business complies with halal principles.

Partners

Partners are businesses that cooperate closely with our platform but are not full Members. Cooperation between Partners and the platform is built on certain checks and conditions.

Certain checks: Partner businesses go through certain checks for compliance with the platform's requirements. These checks assess their compliance with halal standards.

Limited services: Partners do not benefit from services as broad as Members do, but they use some of the opportunities the platform offers.

Growth potential: Over time, Partners can move up to the Member category. This is possible as they align better with halal principles and meet the platform's requirements.

Standard

Businesses of entrepreneurs who carry out their activity in line with the most basic halal rules are added to this category. We have no oversight over these businesses. Their halal level is assessed from publicly available information and from information obtained informally.

Businesses in the Standard category are considered to be at an initial stage in terms of compliance with halal principles. Their activity has not been through a more detailed check.

Service Packages

Halal Ekosistem offers a range of service packages across these three categories. Each package is prepared for the entrepreneur's needs, and the price varies with the services included.

HOW WE WORK

Grow Your Business With Us: 7 Steps

Start working with us and grow your business in 7 steps

Introduction

We hold a consultation with the client. We try to get to know them and learn about their work. We determine whether they are a suitable client.

Examination

The client who passes the first stage, and their business, are examined. Their commitment to halal principles and the business's current economic situation are determined.

Diagnosis

The work needed to strengthen the business's economic development and its compliance with halal principles is determined. Preparing a business plan, planning the business and looking ahead are done at this stage.

Treatment

Support is given for carrying out the plans from the third stage. For this, the entrepreneur is brought into a process of strengthening staff through various awareness-raising tools.

Marketing

At the fourth stage, with our own team, we arrange the services the business needs in marketing, financial planning and, where possible, IT solutions.

Attracting Investment

When we see that everything is going well and meets our standards, we arrange the necessary funds as an investment, in line with the recommendations of our finance specialist.

Oversight and support

All the support needed is provided until the business reaches a certain level of maturity and can stand on its own feet. However, if we bring in investment, oversight is mandatory.
