Seminar held on GIMDES halal and tayyib standards

Yesterday a seminar on "GIMDES halal and tayyib standards" took place, jointly organised by the Quality Association and Halal Ekosistem. GIMDES food expert Mehmet Bayar gave extensive information during the seminar about GIMDES, its activities, the basic rules and food additives.

The seminar continued until 22:00 with answers to the questions put forward.

It should also be noted that the management team of the Sanli Urfa restaurant also attended the seminar. They said that, with what they learned during the seminar, they will be stricter in their restaurant operations from now on and will carry out some reforms.
