4 of our participants received certificates in GIMDES's five-day training
Another 4 participants who joined the training through Halal Ekosistem also earned certificates by scoring 90, 88 and 88 respectively in the exam.
The 35th Halal and Tayyib Certification and Audit Procedures Training Programme of GIMDES, the reputable body that carries out halal product certification and oversight in Turkey, held on 23-27 December, has ended and the certificates have been presented to participants.
The four-day online training provided detailed information on an introduction to GIMDES, halal certification, GEMO, the duties of the halal coordinator and non-conformities, the halal slaughter standard, rules for completing the audit document, food additives, GIMDES laboratory operations, halal rules for cosmetic and cleaning products, and more.
At the end, GIMDES shared all training materials, videos and presentations with the participants and gave them 2 days to prepare for the exam.
