Why did we organise this course?

  • Vital necessity: A person may go their whole life without needing a doctor or an engineer, but is in contact with trade every day. For everyone, shops, markets and shopping are part of daily life. Literacy in this area is now a necessity.
  • Protection from haram: The acceptance of prayers, the key to inner peace, and success and blessing (barakah) in one's affairs are directly linked to "halal earnings". Our main goal is to protect people from falling into haram without knowing it.
  • Fard kifaya (communal obligation): Modern life has become very complicated, and haram transactions have multiplied and become commonplace. In this situation, it is important to teach people the halal and haram ways of earning in order to prevent the spread of haram in society.
  • Reminding: Based on the Quranic command to "remind", we aim to turn correct earning rules into lasting values and habits through continuous training.
  • Developing halal business: The halal business sector is an area that has been left in a weak state, far from satisfactory, in our country. We organised this course to increase the currently weak demand, to build the right understanding in society, to develop the sector and to train future-ready personnel.
  • Growing the ecosystem: As Halal Ekosistem, our goal is to bring together on one platform entrepreneurs who follow halal rules. But such entrepreneurs do not form by themselves. First they need to be taught, raised and trained. This course has been organised precisely to meet that need.
  • Answering questions: To answer the many questions received about commercial fiqh not individually, but in a more systematic and fundamental way through training.
  • Promotion: Advertising the course is, in essence, advertising - that is, promoting - halal values. Such a synthesis of commercial interests and Sharia objectives forms a healthy ecosystem for the development of the field. For this reason, we organised the course in a model that is commercially based but consistent with Sharia objectives.
  • Quality "Halal": Voluntary work generally performs poorly in terms of continuity, quality and accountability. As a result, participants' expectations are not met, and Islam's economic principles are not applied in a practical and effective way. By organising the course on a commercial model, our aim is to set a high quality standard and to give participants the right to demand professional service. In this way, the Islamic principle of "doing work to perfection" would also be realised.

Who is this course for?

  • Those who wish to avoid the responsibility of the hereafter by protecting themselves from violating others' rights, from haram morsels and from unknown mistakes.
  • Those who want to build their business and their way of earning on firm and halal foundations from the very beginning.
  • Those who aim to grow their existing business by bringing it into line with Sharia principles.
  • Those who want to win market share through honesty and the ethics of "halal business".
  • Those who want to buy and sell various goods and services through halal contracts.
  • Those who hesitate over partnership, investment and financial decisions
  • Those seeking interest-free and Sharia-compliant financial alternatives
  • Those who see business and earning a living as a means to success in this world and to the pleasure of Allah.

Important note: By joining this course, you both invest in your personal development and your hereafter, and contribute to the formation of a professional Halal Ekosistem culture in our country.

What awaits you at the end of the course?

Participants who successfully complete the course and score 90%+ in the final exam will be awarded the "Halal Entrepreneur" certificate.

Main advantages of the course

  • Authentic sources: The topics have been prepared on the basis of the most authentic sources of Islamic law, as well as the decisions and standards of authoritative international bodies such as AAOIFI and the International Islamic Fiqh Academy. The course also takes modern realities and international requirements into account.
  • Legal synthesis: In teaching the topics, reference is also made to the Civil Code, Competition Code and Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to advertising legislation. The points of intersection between Sharia principles and local laws are explained, and it is substantiated in which cases complying with the laws is required from the Sharia perspective.
  • Real business cases: Not theory, but solutions to the real problems you encounter in everyday business life are taught.
  • Exclusive bonus: Every participant who finishes the course is given a 1-hour individual consultation for their own business as a gift.
  • Permanent learning environment: A special WhatsApp group created for participants is kept active after the course and functions as a platform for continuous knowledge exchange.
  • Networking and cooperation: Within the course, opportunities arise for participants to get to know each other and cooperate, laying the foundation of a strong halal business ecosystem.

Conclusion: By completing this course you will both receive the professional "Halal Entrepreneur" certificate and expand your customer base on the basis of honesty and transparency.
