GIMDES Halal and Tayyib Standard: SEMINAR

Halal food and halal standards show their importance more with each passing day. As the food sector worldwide has become seriously dangerous to human health, the issue of halal food has become more topical and also calls for a different and more comprehensive approach to the concept of halal. In this matter, Turkey's GIMDES is particularly distinguished, having operated demandingly since its founding without separating the concepts of halal and tayyib, and without compromising its principles.

In order to ensure honesty and transparency in halal matters in our country, as well as to raise public awareness, a seminar will be organised with the participation of GIMDES's chief auditor, food engineer and Azerbaijan representative Mehmet Bayar.
