"Yuq Rusi" is an agro-industrial group in Russia. The group's parent company is the Limited Liability Company "South Russia".. The company was founded in 1992 by Sergey Kislov and initially specialized in flour production and export . In 2000 the "Qızıl Toxum" brand was launched on the market.

From 2001 the group bought land in Rostov region and began engaging in agricultural business.

In 2008 it was included in the list of systemically important enterprises (in the food industry and agro-industrial complex) in order to receive state support

The third largest exporter of Russian grain. In 2013 Sergey Kislov was one of the initiators of a complete ban on the circulation of GMOs in Russia
