• No alcoholic drinks are served at ŞANLIURFA
• The meat products used at ŞANLIURFA are halal. All sausage products belong to the " Qoç Ət" brand. Red meat, chicken and döners (meat and chicken) belong to the "Nəfis Dad" brand.
• Until 2026, the restaurant did not operate before iftar during the months of Ramadan, operating only between iftar and suhoor. In 2026, however, because of economic difficulties and relying on authoritative opinions, it was compelled to operate before iftar as well, within the rules.
• They do not prevent employees from performing their daily and weekly duties of worship.
• The restaurant's branches have a very convenient, specially prepared place for worship. The İnşaatçılar branch has two separate rooms, for women and for men, which also allow ablution (wudu).
• At ŞANLIURFA, attention is paid to employees' rights, and they are not exploited.
• ŞANLIURFA is always ready to listen to all suggestions and complaints in order to improve its halal standing.
