Qoç Ət Restoranı

"Qoc Ət" company first started operating in 1997 as a small farm shop on Tabriz Street in Baku, then opened restaurant branches in turn at “Nizami”, “Elmlər”, “Azadlıq”, “Nərimanov”, “Badamdar” and “Lökbatan”, and in 2021 opened its 7th branch in Shusha, the first in Azerbaijan to do so. Staying true to the motto “Halallıqla xidmətinizdəyik!” (“We serve you with halal!”), and always giving priority to quality and hygiene, the products we make come from cattle and small ruminants of breeds we raise in various regions of our country.

In our company, which holds a Halal Certificate, all stages of raising and production are overseen by veterinarians and food engineers. After the slaughter is completed in accordance with Islamic rules by our professional butchers at the slaughterhouse, the meat is left to rest in a refrigerator for 24 hours, then prepared in hygienic conditions in the processing department and packaged.
