Scope of the GIMDES certificate:

• FRESH YEAST
• ACTIVE DRY YEAST
• INSTANT DRY YEAST
• SEMI-DRY YEAST

Note that GIMDES has certified all of the company's baker's yeast (fresh and dry) products produced under the following names:
