Nuh-un Ankara Makaronu was founded in 1951 by Nuh Eskiyapan, Ahmet Eskiyapan and Kemal Yurtbilir, in cooperation between the Eskiyapan and Yurtbilir families.

The company has a monthly production capacity of 21 thousand tons of semolina and 18 thousand tons of pasta.

Alongside the Turkish market, including Japan, Germany, China, South Korea, Thailand, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom and the Turkic Republics, the company exports to 70 countries.
